Itinerary
Day 1
- Start the trip at 8 o'clock in the morning at the wharf of La Bodeguita. Arrive to the "Media Luna" hotel on the peninsula of Barú.
- Enjoy a mid-morning with fruits and relax in the turquoise sea offered by the beaches of this place
- Enjoy a typical coastal lunch with patacón fish and rice in the town of Barú, tour the town of Barú with a native guide, who will show you the highlights of this place like: the cemetery, the old houses, the cultural center and the craft shop.
- Visit nearby mangroves and reflect on the importance of this ecosystem
- Try the delicious seafood "empanadas"
- Enjoy a nighttime experience with bioluminant plankton sighting
